Pros & Cons :you call the warranty contact, they agree that they need to replace it (but it may take some time---our warehouse is empty, all our inventory is in flux, my computer isnt working,etc), will contact you to ship the tent back, then nothing.
...CAVEAT EMPTOR....Coleman has absolutely no intention of honoring any of its warranties on camping tents. After owning a new tent for approx 4 months (two caming trips), zippers degrade to inoperab ... read more
