...Worthless product. I would not even give this a 1 star. Did not work out of the box, nor did the next one, or the next one and so on. Had to use a more reliable brand for our program. read more

Pros & Cons :if you are unfamiliar with heart rate monitors, there is a band that goes about your chest, you will need to wet the back of the sensor when you first put it on in order to get a reading, the chest strap transmits to your corresponding wrist watch what your heart rate is at so that you work out in your optimal range for an effective workout.
