Contact sports for the angry athlete

We all know sometimes, you just want to hit something, and sports are the perfect outlet for that sort of aggression. I’m talking about full-on contact sports, which are a great way to vent and take out some anger and physical pain on some others. So what are the best sports to exhibit this type of sociopathic behavior?
Hockey
Hockey is perhaps the sport most known for being full-contact. They get into fisticuffs on the ice, for god’s sake. In addition, all the checking and brawling is great to get out some much-needed anger. Other alternatives include field hockey and roller hockey. Be sure not to swing your field hockey stick too high, there are some rules you definitely need to follow.
Football
Another classic when it comes to violent sports. Football is known for its bone-crunching collisions and head-on tackles. Definitely not a sport you want to look into if you’re on the lighter side of the scale. On the other hand, if you’re packing on a few pounds, this could be the ideal sport for you to get out some tightly-wound frustration, by crashing into other guys at top speed.
Water polo
Here’s a sport you haven’t thought of. If you love swimming, but find it too tame for your tastes, try water polo. Water polo is rough enough to require finger and nail checks before every game, which should tell you something about just how it is played. Be prepared for some rough play under the water where the ref can’t see.
