I bought this for a relative who doesn't normally do Yoga. But while she was pregnant she used it and really enjoyed it. It's great how it comes as a complete kit for beginers.

I absolutely love my new "Ready for Baby" Yoga mat and video. I had originally purchased the same exact product from Target for $15 more than I found it on Amazon. And the product was brand new. Thanks so much for your site.
