Personally, I like my ball so far! To comment on other people's comments: yes, the ball does smell a bit strange, but it's not that bad. However, it was really easy for me to blow up. It took me maybe 15 minutes, and I'm 8 months pregnant and have no upper body strength, so I don't see what the problem is for the other buyers! The one thing that bugged me was that the seal to my ball's box was broken, and it made me pretty angry, and made me wonder why someone messed with my ball... I bought it new, and there's no reason for that!

For the price, it's a good product. I really bought this for the balance ball so I can't comment on the rest of the stuff in the package. Didn't give it 5 stars because the ball doesn't stay fully inflated for long, I have to reinflate it every week in order to keep it full.

I bought this set at Target the other night and simply had to try it when I got home. Sinse it was late, I went with the shorter "bonus" dvd. I figured it would be nice, relaxing yoga. The video was slow, the lady was slow, everything was so slow and not particularly challenging. And then I couldn't sleep. At all. Apparently it was a really energizing routine for me. The back stretches were particularly helpful, as I have advanced scoliosis and a lot of back pain. The other dvd was longer, much more challenging, and aerobic. Loved it. The quality of the ball is great. It's comfortable, sturdy, and the perfect size for me. I've been able to leave it in my car on a warm day and not come back to find it deflated. If it does deflate at all, the pump is very easy to use.
