Pros & Cons :i bought it to begin trying to do yoga at home (i have just begun practicing yoga), and it did not compare to the loaner mats at the studios i've been to here in chicago.

...It's not very sticky, and after a couple gentle cleanings, the surface started to fall apart. Not good for vinyasa flow. read more
