It is a very good product indeed, but if you are a guitarist i would recomend the Extra-Light tension becouse i bought this & i wish i had bought the X-Light, the yellow one, not that this is bad but my intence is to make finger-moving practices so my fingers get tired after 10min. BUT this is just me & my fingers may be smaller than yours so...

I bought this to exercise my hands and arms. I didn't want a junky Walmart product. So I bought this. It's small, I mean I was amazed at how small this is. However it seems to work well so far. I compromised and got the Blue 5 lb. model so my wife can use it as well. She will have to work up to usingthis but has no problem even with her small hands. This is easy enough to use watching TV or walking. It would be nice if it came with instructions, which it didn't, so because of that, I dropped it 1 Star. I think this was well worth buying over other similar products I have tried. I like the fact you learn which fingers are weak and can focus on working on those.

I bought this hoping that it would increase my hand strength for palming a basketball and guitar. This thing hurts; not my fingers nor wrist, but my palm. It is a pretty bad pain and I got the thing in the mail less then 5 min ago. I have been squeezing it for about 3 min, and don't feel anything. It is also SO small that my fingers keep slipping off, which hurts also. This is a fail of an item. The only way I can use it is by putting my whole hand over the thing and squeezing it. Good idea, but I'm gonna return it and get the classing squeeze thing.
