Pros & Cons :the rubber resistance bands barely fit onto the hand grip as well.
Pretty bad
...The rubber sticks so you only end up exercising the contraction, not the release (the most important part).The rubber resistance bands barely fit onto the hand grip as well. Wouldn't recommend it. read more

Pros & Cons :third and worst of all the stupid rubber pieces keep slipping off.
...first, as you use these the rubber seems to soften and it gets easier. Second, you dont get any negative resistance. Third and worst of all the stupid rubber pieces keep slipping off. Complete waste! read more
