Pros & Cons :it's great looking, smooth as silk to use, very very quite (compared to other rowers), has an extemely accurate heart rate monitor (i have two different types and they stay with a heartbeat or so of one another),and was very easy to set up.

Pros & Cons :i just wear the watch on my wrist to keep track of my actual heart rate (which is normally pretty close on the rower computer anyway) and use the computer stats for tracking distance, speed etc.
