Pilates Premier Reformer (55-5510)

Improve muscle tone, balance and endurance! The Pilates Method of body conditioning was originally developed in the 1920's to help dancers and professional athletes restore and build muscle tone and strength. The Pilates Method is designed to build torso core strength and not muscle mass. The Pilates Premier Reformer uses these same fitness methods to train and strengthen your whole body. Each exercise engages the abdominals; training your body to use them in every activity you perform. It allows the user to develop tighter stomach and abdominal muscles, as well as shaping, tightening your buttocks, hips and thighs. The Pilates Premier Reformer helps the user to increase their flexibility, coordination, to stand taller and move with more grace. With the Pilates Premier Reformer the user can develop: a firmer chest and abdominals, stronger shoulders, triceps and buttocks, slimmer hips, thighs and calves. All of these fitness qualities improve your coordination, flexibility and posture. With the Pilates Premier Reformer you have greater comfort due to the larger padded carriage and the contoured head and shoulder rests. It will easily accommodate for advanced Pilates workouts by allowing greater relaxation and comfort. The portable Pilates Premier Reformer has an adaptable design and will maintain usefulness throughout your Pilates practice.
