Power Systems Water Dumbbells

Gently condition the body in shallow or deep water. Water dumbbells provide buoyant support and stabilization on top of the water and resistance underwater. Combine with a flotation belt for help maintaining a vertical position and to reduce stress on the lower back. To add cardio to your workout, strap on a pair of water cuffs for additional resistance and buoyancy. All of our products are made of soft, nonabrasive closed-cell foam. They won't chip or absorb water.Designed like traditional dumbbells, our aquatic version has 1, 2, or 3 round floats on each end, depending on resistance level. Handgrips are cushioned for comfort. Sold in Pairs.
