Pros & Cons :i recommend that people be careful when tightening the straps so that they don't come in direct contact with the metal support tube.

Pros & Cons :the arms of the bones are constructed of pvc which are attached to an aluminum cross member which is notched to accept the teeth on the arms, giving the bones alot of flexibility and adjustment options.
