Great CD to follow along with. You can pause and do more reps to get a better workout. There are a lot of great excercises that work your body out. I have Level 2, 3 and lower body. I will be purchasing the upper body next. It's nice to have the whole bunch so you can mix them up. All CD's have a different set of workouts so you won't get bored with one routine. I love them.

I have a pilates power gym and I'm familiar with pilates on the mat. I would suggest you have some type of reformer for these workouts as that is how they are presented and without sufficient pilates training it would be hard to convert them to a mat workout. Great workout, has taught me some extra tricks and alterations to exercises but this lady goes so fast between exercises I have to keep pausing and rewinding... slow down!! Otherwise great workout, I feel it in every muscle.

These are pretty good workout from Stamina. It is hard to find reformer workouts, most people do their own thing when using a reformer, but I like following along with someone. It has all the benefits of having a personal trainer without having to pay for one every time.
