Suunto T6c Mulitsport Pack (T6c Heart Rate Monitor and GPS POD)

Sleekly and stylishly designed, the Suunto T6c premium heart-rate monitor now offers even more features to help committed and professional athletes take their conditioning to new levels. In addition to its comprehensive physiological analysis on PC, it includes an altimeter, thermometer and barometer--for hill and altitude performance--and offers real-time Training Effect and EPOC to gauge your personal aerobic improvement from each workout. This package includes the Suunto T6c Wristop Computer and the Suunto GPS POD (Peripheral Observation Device) accessory. The Suunto GPS POD employs the Global Positioning System to track speed and distance across a wide variety of outdoor activities including hiking, cycling, cross-country skiing, inline skating and kayaking. It attaches to your upper body using the included flexible fabric band or clip, and it's powered by two AAA batteries that provide up to 10 hours of use. The T6c works in tandem with the included heart rate monitoring Comfort Belt, which has been improved by Suunto to perform and feel better during your activity. Traction strips keep the belt in place during intense workouts, plus you can unclip the heart rate module and toss the fabric strap in the wash for easy cleaning. The Suunto T6c accurately measures the calories you burn in real time, records your training history in an internal logbook (up to 25 workouts), offers interference-free digital ANT transmission and coding, and provides PC compatibility to track your progress as your fitness increases. It has a water resistance rating of 100 meters (330 feet), enabling it to withstand rain and splashes of water as well as swimming. The altimeter measures vertical speed and total ascent/descent, and it provides an altitude range of 160 to 2950 feet. It has 2- and 10-second recording intervals and also provides real-time vertical cumulative value and temperature compensation.
