The vinyl coated Z-ring allows these handy tie down straps to attach to the webbing loops of almost any boat cover. The strong, long lasting, sun-resistant black nylon webbing assembly wraps around the frame of the trailer, and a tug on the quick release buckle pulls the strap tight.
