The High-Step Club
Used by more than 18,000 health clubs, the F1180 Club High Step will help you get to your fitness goals in no time. The lightweight, instantly adjustable High Step platform has a slip-proof, durable mat on top, and non-marking rubber floor pads on the bottom of the platform. It has a generous 16-inch square stepping surface and it comes with four risers that adjust the High Step from 4 to 14 inches. The platform and risers are made of high density polyethylene, and they support up to 225 pounds. It comes with a 53-minute All-Step training video featuring aerobic instructor Cathe Freidrich. Pros & Cons :and--as of the date of this review--it's less expensive than buying two pairs of the black blocks separately, and you get the top 'step' as a bonus.
