M1 LoRise Rowing Machine with Series 4 Monitor

is a full commercial model with a standard seat 12 inches off the ground. The frame is constructed from a fabricated tubular steel, requiring minimal care or maintenance in even the toughest of environments. This rower features water flywheel technology which produces a real life simulation of rowing on the water and provides an incredibly smooth and soothing work out. Stores conveniently upright. Includes S4 performance monitor which displays workout intensity, stroke rate, heart rate, zone bar, duration, distance as well as many preset programs. Easily adjust the resistance by changing the level of water in the tank or pulling faster which increases difficultly.
